This also means while we do treat you guys all like customers too because we value everyone's particpation here at SimGames.net It's been over a year since we've launched our first support desk, and several weakness and flaws that's hindered progress at points are being addressed now with a huge support desk upgrade. We're getting rid of our old system in favor of a more powerful system. I'm well aware many of you have support accounts with the older system, and several of you have questioned why they weren't being activated. We just didn't feel there was a need to activate accounts anymore as we're getting ready to transition to the newer system in a week. We'll keep you guys up to date as we get ready to move to this new platform.</div>
