OFB-Poor Sales:*( I did a search to see if this was posted before and I didnt find anything. I hope I didnt miss it. Well, I just bought OFB and it is not what I expected. I am not disappointed however because I just think that I need to figure out what I am doing wrong. Here's the problem: My sim opened an at home toy business and many of the customers are always angry about something and their customer loyalty is going down fast. My question is: How do you get customer loyalty to increase? I have tried chatting with them, telling jokes, and even showing them items but nothing seems to help. My business has fallen to a -1 rank:embarrassed: . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
Make sure your business has public toilets, places for the customers to sit and food available (either get your sim to 'serve' a meal or, even better, provide a BBQ -and you'll need a fridge for them to access if the business is at your sims home [not at a community lot though]-). When customers first come in and start looking at items go and try to talk them in to a sale but don't badger them too much and make sure they don't wait too long for someone to serve them at the cash register. As long as they get served and have all the facilities available to them you should have no problem. Oh and adding some form of entertainment helps too (like a dart board or a bubble machine). Cass.
