Pre-E3 2009: Spore Hero Arena DS updated Preview In battle, attacks like bite, punch, and spit are mapped to your D-pad. Holding down a button for a short time will charge up an attack. Each attack you perform will add a bit to your special move meter, which will unleash a powerful maneuver when full. The stylus will move your creature around the arena a la Phantom Hourglass.
