Santa won't leave my bathroom!

    Santa won't leave my bathroom!

AAAAAAH!! I'm so mad I could spit. I backed up all my sims, installed the party pack, invited Santa over, and he won't stop peeing in my bathroom! He won't leave my house. He just uses the toilet over and over and over again.

To compound my problem, I decided to get rid of the stuff I downloaded previously, hoping that that would help, but it made it worse. Now I don't even have the cornucopia, or any of the Halloween stuff ... and I can't reinstall!

If someone could tell me how to reinstall or uninstall the STUPID holiday pack I'd be much obliged.

    I'm not happy.

    DuzzyGirl **sigh** Downloads ...

I forgot to back up mine before I downloaded the holiday pack last evening (decided I didn't want to order and wait for the disk). Though, I haven't thrown a party or anything yet. I'd be livid. I'll be leary to throw a party now. I hope that someone can figure this out for you.

This reminds me of the nanny problems that everyone has had. Soon after I got the game I couldn't get a nanny to go home. She got stuck in front of the baby's crib. Fortunately, the baby wasn't in it. I didn't want to move out--or didn't have enough money to move out--so I just left her there. Eventually she passed out on the floor in the middle of a puddle of her own guess-what. It took about three days if I remember correctly. Then she woke up, cooked herself lunch and went home, trailing a huge cloud of green gas.

Maybe Santa will do the same thing. Can you afford to move out? Or build another bathroom until he keels over?

Or does moveobjects work on Santa?

I haven't had Santa over yet. I think I'll experiment with an unimportant household.:(

SBW I would definitely advise that you turn on the moveobjects cheat and attempt to delete the toilet the naughty santa won't stop using ... that should fool him or at least break his silly cycle.

Did that. Deleted all toilets in the house and the doors to all the bathrooms too. He got stuck in the little girl's bedroom until I put a door in the bathroom and then he got stuck in the bathroom again.

I had that happen too, Lynet, but the baby was in the crib so I had to move the family out of the house.

I'm just never going to call Santa, since it happened in two different houses.

I just wasted $15 and I'm mad about it.

I'd be mad, too. I wonder what the bug is and if it happens alot.

Actually, I think Santa was not very interesting. I tried him at the Furley household and he behaved himself then left. But he was rather dull company, ho-hoing all the time.

No problems. Well, except the Christmas tree caught on fire and I didn't have a smoke detector next to it. Fortunately, Aunt Elizabeth was perfectly willing to call the fire department and they came and put out the fire. I suspect an oven fire would not have been so easily taken care of. Maxis idea of Christmas spirit.

I'm sorry the holiday stuff didn't work for you. :(

Santa's prostate problems are a well-known phenomenon, apparently.

Update: When I opened up the game again the Halloween stuff was there, for what it's worth.

Here's what I would have liked to have in this pack, for my $15. C'mon, people, at least one or two:

    Snow!
The ability to give presents to other sims
    Snowball fights
Trick or Treaters, or Trick AND Treaters (TP would be funny ...)
    The Easter Bunny

Heck, I'd settle for the tooth fairy.

The presents thing would have made it all worthwhile, actually. Even if it was just allowed in the same household. That would have added a nice dimension.

Would any of that have been so hard? I thought Santa would be enough, but since I'm now afraid to bake those cookies due to his prostate troubles, I'm stuck with a bunch of foofy decorations.

    I'm not a foofy person.

    :(

I've not had this happen, but I've read about it in other forums. Obviously Santa and the Nannies all need to visit the Urologist. Maybe Maxis or some tallented modder (hint hint, JMP, we love you ;) ) will fix their problem. You could call the fix the "Detrol" fix. LMAO

"Santa and the Nanny experiencing 'Bladder Leakage? Afraid to call them because you know you'll waste endless time moping up their emberassing leaks? Download the 'DEXTROL' patch and put the mop away!" :D

    LOL Kristal.

I've already posted a request on MATY for a fix, though I'm not holding my breath. As someone on that site pointed out, Pescado doesn't seem like the Christmas sort. ;)

I'm just not baking any more freakin' cookies. They can have everything else.
