    Sims 2 and Vista

I was wondering if I was to upgrade from Windows XP Pro X64 to Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit how would it affect the performance in the Sims 2. This is what is in my system.

    AMD 64 3200+ 2.0ghz, 800Mhz FSB
    3 Gigs DDR 400
    300 gig hard drive
    Geforce 7950GT 512MB DDR3
    Windows XP Pro X64

If I was to upgrade to Vista would it slow the FPS down? I have heard mixed reviews about other games, but it said the Sims 2 might be okay, same question goes for the Life Stories game.

I forgot to mention that I have every expansion pack and stuff pack installed.

It's hard to tell at the moment to determine whether Sims 2 will play nice with Vista. With an adequate amount of memory and a decent graphics card, as well as a decent CPU, you should be able to run Sims 2 with minimal problems.

    This isn't a guarantee though.

I have Vista (love it) and it plays perfectly find. Cannot tell one difference.
