talent badges on the skills and career tab theres is another tab for talent badges. what are they and how do you get them? i thought you might have to maximize a skill which i tried but that isnt it.
it's similar to skills. It comes along with the Open for Business pack. There are 3 levels of each talent badge you can get...bronze, silver, and gold. Basically it takes forever to get to each level, and you just have to keep at it until you get the badge. You can get them in the following catagories: Sales: Get this by performing the sales interaction on people. Register: Work the cash register...seems to be the badge that takes the longest! Toy Makeing: Make toys on the "The Crazy Fun Toybench" Robotery: Make robots on the "Non-Deadly Robot Crafting Station" Cosmetology: Perform make overs on the "ug-No-More Makeover Station" Restocking: Restock shelves Flower Arranging: Create bouquets from the "That Smells Great!" Floral Workstation. Each time their badge level increases they then get more interactions. Like new toys to make or new sales interactions to perform. Or they just perform faster as with the register and the restocking. Also, once a sim has 5 badge levels (like a 3 (gold) in toy making and 2 (silver) in sales) then you can hire them as a manager.
no there is no badge for cooking, just skills. But if you wish to start a bakery or resteraunt it might be a good idea to have a high/er cooking skill, if you are going to become the cook.
