the sims 2 online can someone explain to me exactly what the sims online is? like how u get into it, do u really talk to other people? and how much is it? im confussed about it and i dont want to buy it & it be a waste. and is there a sims 2 online?
There's only a Sims 1 Online as it wasn't as successful as EA/Maxis were hoping it would be so there are currently no plans on a TS2Online. From what I remember it's basically just a large sim-themed chatroom. All of your neighbors are real people, whom you can talk to, and work with to get your stats up. You can also become roomies in their house and some other stuff. I do not know where a person can get this game anymore, I haven't seen it around since shorty after the beta. The choice on weither to buy it or not is up to you. Online games aren't exactly my thing so I don't have interest in it*... But you may find it fun, who knows. I will suggest that before you plunk down money that you check IGN or some other game review site and see what they say and if their opinions match yours regarding some of the pros and cons of TSO. Added: *Keep in mind that I played the beta version so it may have improved significantly since then.
