Twins....argh!

I'm trying to make one of my sims to have twins...It's not working well.... I been playing my game alot for 2 months and still no twins. One of my sims had 6 kids and still...no twins. I been making all my sims have kids but no twins... I heard that they can have twins. Is it really true? When they get pregnant with them, do they get fatter then when they have one? gosh.... I been getting impatient. Only if there was a hack that didn't mess up your game that made people have twins..

ok....I found the hack for only twins...I cant find the downloads directory in my documents/ea games/the sims 2/....Any help please? Do I have to make it myself?

 

Ok I see that downloads folder now...after I opened up the body shop. I put the hack in there...now it should be in the game right?

 

If you placed it in your "downloads" folder and unziped it, it should work.

 

OK let me give it a try...I will let u know if it works or not.

So far I have had 2 sets of twins. In the same family.. I think it depends on the family. They might pick sims at random and give them a twin gene. But my first set was fraternal (a boy and a girl) Then their older sister had identical twin boys. So it prolly depends on the family. Cuz my other familys have never had twins before.

 

I got twins! I love this hack. It was a boy(Samuel) and a girl(Hellen). Thanks for your help

 

I got twin girls for my first set. Melanie and Mallory Maxwell. I don't know if it was because I used 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true>speedupmypregnancy', or whether it was just a coincidence and I would have gotten twins anyway without the cheat.

 

The only time I used the testing cheat to make a pregnancy, I wound up with twin girls, too. Ariel and Aileia Hicks-Bonypart. I had to use Sims PE to give them their hypenated last name.

 

Yeah girls seem really common in the game.

 

Yeah. And I've done it again - 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled>Get Me Alien Pregnant>speedupmypregnancy'. Twin alien girls, Chelsea Tililah and Brittney Kristine Blackwood. It seems that if you do this, you're doomed to twin girls every single time...

 

Hmm ... I have to agree to some extent. I have quite a number of families that are mostly females. I thought the game was supposed to aim for a balance of males and females. I suppose I'll have to sit down at the neighborhood screen and take a census ...

 

I have had several babies born recently. In my Legacy family, all the children except 2 have been girls. I've had three sets of twins since I started playing in Sept. Two have been boy-girl and one has been both girls. My neighborhood playboy had eight children, only one son. I do have one family that has predominately boys, but the rest have girls. I thought it was just my game.

 

I usually have boysI had a woman 12 boys then finally twin girls....

 

I tried the "speed up my prganacy" cheat thingy and it did not work! Do i have to do somthing extra or somthing?!

 

It works it will kick in in about 2-3 hours game time. Then the person will have the kid by the end of the day.

 

Oh, I was being extremly impatient i waited like an hour game time. Got mad and left! hehehe

OK, I typed in the cheat bar this exactly:

boolProp testingCheatsenabled true> speedupmypregnancy

And it didn't work! I waited 2 days and my sim did normal speed and got first step pregnant! Am I typing it wrong?! what do I have to do?!
