Weird Lighthouse glitch kinda thing ummm, yeah. When I try to build stuff while the game is paused, about every 20-40 times I build on a tile, three or four weird yellow lighthouses show up. It's a real hassle to click the pause button every time this happens (they go away when you unpause) Is there a fix for this?
can you maybe try to take a screenshot of the game when the weird yellow lighthouse things show up? Just press the Print Screen button on your keyboard when they're on the screen, then you can alt + tab out of the game and open your Paint program, select File -> New and when you have the new empty file hit Paste and then you can save the picture. (I wasn't sure if you knew how to take screenshots, forgive me if it's redundant info. ) I've never heard of this happening before!
Does your mushroom cloud problem seem to act the same way?! What game is doing all this?! I just realized this thread is under "Other Gaming Talk" so I'm a little lost...
Pretty much the same way. By the time I realized it wasn't a normal occurance it was gone. It happened on Unleashed and possibly Hot Date. Haven't had it for a while now. I'm not too sure why your game has those lighthouse like things on it Froggie. Seems very strange.. :-/
I know little mushroom cartoony type clouds are supposed to happen in the sims game when there is a fight, like when your sims get into a catfight or when your pets fight the racoon. Are your clouds like those?
From what I remember the cloud only took up one square when it appeared, so it was pretty small.. Unlike a fight cloud it wasn't a complete circle, it was more like a mushroom shape.
How weird! Well, if I ever get either the mushroom cloud thing or the lighthouses thing I hope I remember to take a screenshot and try to figure out what I was doing that might have caused it.
Maybe it wasnt a lighthouse that popped up, it was a missle coming outta the underground silo, and it wasnt a catfight cloud, it was that very same mini-missle exploding after traveling from Colonel Froggie's game over to Solid's. Watch out Solid, Froggie is declaring a nuclear war and he's already calibrated his missles on you! :surprised: You will never get rid of my grand army of hopping bunnies Froggie! That would explain the mushroom clouds.. :O Oink's plan for bunny domination is working! I even have my own pet bunny that must be working for him... All hail the Cheddar God and his super cheesiness! Viva!
