If you can make any of the above for me, let me know. If you can explain to me exactly how to do it myself, let me know. I get frustrated using Body Shop. I have never been an object or skin maker, only a downloader. In fact, I tried to use Body Shop and Adobe Photoshop to make darker blonde hair, only I was not really able to make it dark blonde like I wanted it. Probably because I have very little patience and if it couldn't be done with the hue/saturation sliders, then I wasn't doing it. I'm sure I could do the eyecolor - but again, no patience. No time either, really.
Start your search on SimStuff: http://www.simstuff.com/ You have to register but everything is free. They have several pages of eye colors. I'm sure you can find something you like there. Men's hair is a little harder. Most people seem to do female hair. But try SimStuff first (as they are the main custom content site for WorldSims). I have seen dirty blond men's hair on some of the other sites, but mostly pay sites. There isn't a backward facing baseball cap since hats are dependant on the shape provided by Maxis. If there isn't one in the game already, there won't be one in custom content either. The hat shape is called a mesh and the custom content people haven't yet figured out how to change the Maxis meshes (yet.)
I would tell you how I got my Photoshop.. but then again... I DID PAY FOR IT.. DONT ACUSE ME OF ANYTHING... LoL
