Probably because your hardware can't hold up playing the actual game instead of just running Create a Sim.
Maybe and then again it may not be capable of playing the game at all. Has it played the game before in the past or is this a new install ?

You can usually tell when it's a spammer cause the links they put up are usually in a light blue type as opposed to a black type like normal. And...
I would start by going to either Intel's website (if this is a desktop pc) and downloading the latest driver they have for the graphics chipset...
