Is this the thought bubble of the person with the red X through it? I'm not quite sure what this particular thought indicates, as I've seen thoughts like this occur on many occasions for no really apparent reason, and it seems to have absolutely no effect on the Sim's actions. It could be anything, although I suspect that isn't it. Maybe he thinks his wife is ugly when naked. That's why they woohoo under the covers with their underwear still on. I remember in TS1, you could neatly avoid shower flooding by positioning the shower such that it opens into a door square, which can never flood. In TS2, however, the water will just teleport itself across the house and land in some random location. I wouldn't be too worried about the kids, though: Sims that flood the bathroom have neatness 0 or 1, which is pretty rock bottom. You can only go uphill from there. Particularly slobby sims have also been known to pee in the shower, which is not really so awful, but even slobbier sims have been known to pee in the bath and then soak in their own piss.
