Well October 3 is getting closer.... hehe. I kind of wish they would release stuff at the SAME time all over the world... but I guess that might make it harder to fix last minute bugs they discover after the first releases before they release it elsewhere... if that makes any sense....

I have to wait, no choice. But I'm "eating" all you say about it..hehe. And Josh! I'm an oldie on SC2000. So I know what you mean too. I love SC too. The day I can get my hands on SC 4 too ... oh my..
I thought Nina was a big sims fan too!!! Well there is nothing wrong with liking both. I do too. I have to say though that my fave is The Sims though. Althought SC4 looks so awesome, can't wait to get my hands on those terrain tools.
Lol Chatter. Well Simcity came long berfore sims.. and I always liked strategy, thinking , solving probs in games and so. I also like to build up things... But I haven't played any Simcity for years.. until now!
Never play it? :O It is really cool, you should try it one time. I'd start out with a small city and work up, easier that way.
I think you'll like it, takes a bit to learn, but it is almost *key word* almost as addicting as the sims.
