Well, Dante certainly thinks so ... She came with uni, if you want to play her ... she's one of the binned students at La Fiesta.

Thanks, everyone. It was fun. I was hoping I wasn't writing too much.

I do plan to keep this up to date. Right now I'm trying to get the story moving again by sending more kids off to college and so on ... I hope to post soon!

 

The Sidhe

Fenris Fey accompanied his sister when she was exiled from Faerie, and that's about the extent of his emotional ties. He is slowly learning to adapt to his new world and does not welcome the human emotions that seem to have come with it. Fenris may be fickle and capricious but he is not mean spirited in his intent. To him, love is something to be shared with everyone, not just given to one lover, and he thinks humans are strange for feeling otherwise. Fenris is the father of Aurora Liebowitz.

Nwad Fey was exiled from Faerie for freeing a human "pet" from her aunt the queen's clutches. Of the three siblings she is perhaps the most human in her behavior, although like her brother she finds her new human emotions strange and unwelcome. She was in love with Mallory Sampson, who broke her heart. Nwad is now a nightclub singer and has fallen for Drake Callahan. Nwad now lives with Henry du Maurier. They have a daughter named Niara.

Luna Fey doesn't care if she understands humans or feels what they feel. She takes life as it comes and it's all fascinating and fun to her. She's currently in love with a cow mascot named Blair Landry. She has a daughter named River.

The Vampire Nest

Caleb Grey is a cool, calculating rich boy who became a vampire when Solange and the Countess went on their spree. He's resentful of the world in general and loves making trouble. Caleb's in love with Raven du Maurier, a new sensation for him. He's not sure he likes it.

Tika Smith doesn't have time to talk about stuff. She's too busy having fun. Her idea of a good time is when nothing is left unbroken. She and Max had sex twice before he made her tell him her name. She doesn't remember her life before she became a vampire, and that's just fine with her.

Sebastian Reed was always sickly, so becoming a vampire probably saved his life. He feels stronger and more alive than he ever did before and is hopelessly in love with Ivy Copur.

Ivy Copur Reed became a vampire when her friend Sophie Miguel bit her. Sophie has since changed back but Ivy has no desire to. She might marry Sebastian someday if he gets a better haircut and ditches the nerdy clothes. He did; they're married and trying to live a normal life, as vampires.

Connor Llewellyn is the latest addition to the vampire nest. He is a streetwise thief who's always had to live by his wits. He's not the nicest person in the world, but then he's had a hard life. He's obsessed with his former partner in crime, Avery Donegal, but is also quite taken with Lucy.

Connor is now one angry ghost, having stayed out in the sun too long.

Drake Callahan is Lucy's long-lost father. He's a rowdy, fun-loving irresponsible rake.

 

Significant Others of Generation Four

Vyn Hourwitz is married to Piper Nova. She's a quiet, shy woman. Vyn and Piper asked Max to father their child and ended up with twins, Ella and Jake. Ella bears an unfortunate resemblance to her great-grandfather, Spike, that the family is hoping she'll outgrow.

Avery Donegal du Maurier used to be a thief but is trying to live on the straight and narrow now. She's in love with Max, though her past continues to trouble her. She's now married to Max, with four children, and still kind of wonders how that happened.

Cooper Byall Delacroix is a nice, normal studious boy who thinks Milo Delacroix is the bee's knees. He's a natural scientist now that he's graduated from college.

Random McKenna is the father of Selena Kane's son. The three of them live together. Random wants to do the right thing but feels a little trapped. Random is the "pet" that Nwad freed from Faerie and is understandably a little commitment-shy after that. Random finally decided to make a commitment to Selena and now they are married, with a second son. Random is in show business.

David Sullivan is a smart aleck genius with the ability to laugh at himself. He's hopelessly in love with his wife, Olivia. The couple has two sons, Fisher and Levi, and a daughter named Lily. They have two grandsons, Nicholas Sullivan and Corwin du Maurier.

The rest of the tenement dwellers

Allegra Gorey was engaged briefly to Apollo du Maurier but is now married to Jane. They have one son, Ivan. Allegra is very shy but seems intimidating to people who don't know her very well. Allegra is a doctor. She, Jane and James moved with Jack and Julia to the "compound by the sea."

Jane Stacks Gorey has been in love with Allegra since college. They agreed that she would have a baby, and asked James to be the father. Jane is motherly and sensible, if a bit shy. She is a police officer.

James Aldrich lost his son, Henry, due to his drinking, and has regretted it ever since, though he's glad his son has found a good home with Max and Avery. The two keep in touch and James is trying to get a handle on his drinking, especially since he has a new son, Ivan, with Jane (and Allegra). James committed suicide after a long battle with depression. He is now one angry ghost.

Julia Sloane Sawyer is the latest addition to the tenement. She is a feisty thief who thinks Jack is just exasperating. Julia was actually an undercover cop bent on revenge for the death of her lover, Tristan. Their son, who is being raised by Max and Avery, bears his name. She's had her revenge and realized she's hoplessly in love with Jack, who is now her husband and the father of her daughter, Rebecca.

Ivan Gorey is a toddler right now. He's very attached to everyone in the tenement, who have become his extended family. Jack watches him during the day while his moms work. Ivan has graduated from college and lives with Hunter Delacroix. His father's death hit him hard and he's discovered his own dark, hard drinking side. His friends and family are worried about him.

Ivan is the father of Isadora du Maurier's son, William du Maurier. He and Hunter Delacroix are the parents of another son, Parker Delacroix. Ivan is now engaged to Scarlett Thibadeux, having fathered her daughter, Tallulah.

 

Miscellaneous others

Aphrodite Lebowitz Longman is a hard-headed practical girl without a romantic bone in her body. She likes the chase, and the capture, but isn't too interested in anything after that. She calls her home, ironically, the Temple of Love. George Longman thinks he can change her mind. She thinks George is dreaming. Aphrodite now lives with George and his family, along with her daughter Aurora. If she knows who Aurora's dad is, she isn't telling, but it's definitely not George. She and George and now married, with their own home, and a son named Ari.

Irfan Platz (formerly Mr. Big) is dead. He was married to Audrey, he double-crossed her, and oops, was that poison she put in his coffee? Silly her. She thought it was sugar.

Heidi Rusewicz (formerly the Diva) drowned in Audrey's pool after insinuating that Irfan might not have had a sudden bout of the choking sickness after all. How very clumsy of her.

Diego Montez is Ricardo Montez's father. He's the owner of a successful furniture store who lives in the tenement building.

 

Generation Five

The children of Dante and Stella Nova

Wyatt Nova is a smart boy with a mean sense of humor. He doesn't much care what you think of him. Wyatt has graduated and started his dream career as a criminal.

Riley Nova is adopted. He's sentimental about things like hardware and data but doesn't have a lot of time for people. So he built himself a servo wife named Marilyn. They have an adopted daughter named Alexa.

Ezra Nova is a wild kid who enjoys getting in trouble and breaking the rules. He's got a genius IQ and no conscience. Antonio is his favorite uncle. The feeling is mutual: Ezra is Antonio's heir, and is now a vampire.

Skylar Nova Kane is Ezra's twin and the only member of her family who takes after her parents in temperament. She is a nice, friendly, kind girl who is definitely NOT sharing housing with her brothers once she gets to college. She's married to Spencer Kane and has a daughter named Emily and son named Elijah. They live with Stella and Dante, and the ghosts of Dante's dads, Xander and Orlando.

 

The children of Morgan and Mallory Delacroix

Hunter Delacroix is a pretty girl who likes to have fun. She isn't all that interested in settling down. She's currently living with Ivan Gorey, Ricardo Montez, Zane and Holden du Maurier and Sarah Hourvitz. Hunter and Ricardo are the parents of a daughter, Peyton Delacroix. She and Ivan are the parents of a son, Parker Delacroix. Hunter and Ivan Gorey have a longstanding on-again, off again romance, but it remains to be seen if it will survive its latest blow, his engagement to Scarlett Thibadeux, after he caught Hunter cheating.

Chase Delacroix likes to have a good time as long as he doesn't have to work at it too hard. He's just about the nicest guy you could meet, and is a very loyal friend. He is married to Ella Hourvitz Delacroix.

Scout Delacroix Song is a shy, athletic teenager who doesn't talk much. He resembles his grandfather Raj quite a bit. Scout is now out of college and living with July Song, the mother of his son, August. They have since married and have twin daughters named April and September, who are quite a bit younger than their brother.

 

The children of Piper and Vyn Hourvitz

Jake Hourvitz is the biological son of Vyn and Max du Maurier. He's a solid, responsible guy with a playful side. He's married to Blossom Moonbeam and has three children, Matthew, Kevin, and Annie.

Ella Hourvitz Delacroix is Jake's twin. She's a bit less responsible and a bit more playful than her brother. Ella is married to Chase Delacroix.

Sarah Hourvitz is adopted. Everything in her life is sooo dramatic. You just wouldn't understand. She was hopelessly in love with Holden du Maurier but they had a big fight and now she is with Zane.

 

The children of Olivia and David Sullivan

Fisher Sullivan is a good son who does his homework and spends time with his brother without being asked. He thinks grownups are weird. Fisher's now a teenager who just wants to have fun. And look good. Fisher was in love with July Song in high school but is now married to Rebecca Sawyer Sullivan. They have a son named Nicholas.

Levi Sullivan looks up to his big brother, but follows his own drummer. Levi's the family genius, following in the footsteps of his mom and dad. Levi is married to Cordelia Delacroix Sullivan.

Lily Sullivan du Maurier already has her daddy and big brothers wrapped around her little finger. Her mom thinks she's pretty amazing, too. Lily's now in college and falling in love with Henry du Maurier, who was recently divorced. She and Henry broke up and she ended up with Henry's son, Ellis, to whom she is married. Ellis and Lily have a son, Corwin du Maurier.

 

The children of Selena and Random McKenna

Spencer Kane is a nice kid who's in the midst of dealing with all his hormones so cut him a break why don't you. He can't help it he knows so many pretty girls. Spencer has settled for one girl at last: Skylar Nova. They're married with a daughter named Emily and a son named Elijah.

Emmet McKenna is an unknown entity. He's more outgoing than his cousin and best friend, Scout, and more interested in girls than school. Emmet is now grown up, confident, laid back and married to Lucy. They have a son named Seth. Emmet and his family live with his cousin and best friend Scout Delacroix, and his family.

 

The children of Max and Avery du Maurier

Henry du Maurier is the biological son of James Aldrich. He was taken from his father because of his father's drinking problem. He has a brother, Ivan, whom he's never met, who just joined him at student housing at the U. Henry is a good guy with a wild streak. He isn't sure what he wants out of life, just not what James had. He is grateful to Max, who he considers to be his real father.

Henry is divorced from Samantha Longman du Maurier. They have a son, Ellis and a daughter named Alexandra. Henry and his new girlfriend, Nwad Fey, have a daughter named Niara Fey.

Tristan du Maurier Thibadeux's birth mother is Julia Sloane Sawyer. Tristan is married to Jaden Thibadeux. There were plenty of du Mauriers and she was the last Thibadeux so he changed his name to hers. They have a daughter named Scarlett.

Isadora du Maurier Montez is a hippy chick who thinks if we all took care of each other the world would be a better place. All the boys like her but she knows it's mostly because she's so pretty. She's waiting for a guy who likes her for her.

Unfortunately, before she could find him she had a son, William, with Ivan Gorey. She's not so sure he's the one, but she loves her baby very much.

Isadora is now married to former bad boy Ricardo Montez. In addition to his daughter Peyton and her son Will they have three children, Angel, Carmen and Rafael.

Zane du Maurier thinks his sister lives in a dream world, but if you look at her like that again he'll put your lights out. He thinks Sarah Hourvitz is pretty hot, but so is Hunter Delacroix. And about fifty other women. Zane and Sarah are semi-serious, but cheat on each other on the side. He lives with her, Hunter, Holden du Maurier and Ivan Gorey.

 

The children of Sylvie and Apollo du Maurier

(Technically, Raven and Holden are gen 4 in the "main family" but their mother is gen 4 and they are the same age as their nieces and nephews, so into gen 5 they go.)

Raven du Maurier is no one to be messed with, got that? She's a vampire, in love with Caleb Grey, and living with her grandparents, Spike and London, until her daddy cools down about it all.

Holden du Maurier hopes his sister doesn't get them both killed. But he'll stand beside her to the death. He lives with Hunter and Co. and has a lot of lovers.

 

Jaden Thibadeux is the daughter of Waverly and Aries. She doesn't talk much. She thinks some people waste a lot of time talking about what they want without going for it. Not her. Jaden is married to Tristan du Maurier. They have a daughter, Scarlett.

Rebecca Sawyer Sullivan is an active young child who is now a teenager with her head in the clouds. She's now an adult, and married to Fisher Sullivan. They have a son, Nicholas.

 

The children of Xanthe Nova Longman and Walter Longman

Samantha Longman du Maurier (Sam) is married to Henry du Maurier. They have a son named Ellis. Sam waited a long time for Henry to make up his mind, but she thinks it was worth the wait. Samantha had an affair with Holden du Maurier and is now divorced from Henry, with whom she has two children, Ellis and Alexandra.

Malcolm Longman is a nice sensitive kid.

Marco Longman is Malcolm's twin. He's more outgoing and less nice than his brother.
